Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains QuietProtector's voluntary return framework for eligible purchases. It does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law, and any more generous written guarantee made on a product page, offer page, checkout page, or order confirmation will control for that purchase.
1. QuietProtector 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Unless a different written offer applies, you may request a return or refund for eligible physical goods within 120 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking or other delivery confirmation. You may request a return for any reason. We do not charge restocking fees.
2. Statutory Cooling-Off and Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right for distance purchases, you may have the right to cancel within the period provided by local law, often 14 days from delivery for goods, without giving a reason, unless an exception applies. Where these rights apply, they are in addition to this Policy and will control to the extent of any conflict.
To exercise a statutory cancellation right, email support@quietprotector.com before the applicable deadline. You may be required by law to return the goods within the applicable return window after cancellation. We will process refunds required by law, including standard outbound delivery charges where law requires it.
3. Return Condition
Opened items are generally eligible for return. Returned items should be in reasonably complete condition and should include major components and accessories that were supplied with the order, unless we instruct otherwise. If a product has become unsafe, hazardous, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for shipment back to us, we may request photographs, disposal confirmation, or other proof instead of a physical return, where permitted by law.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, email support@quietprotector.com with your order number, the item or items you want to return, and a brief description of the issue or reason for return. The reason is optional for ordinary return requests, but it helps us process the request faster. We may provide an authorization number, return label, return address, or additional instructions before you ship an item back.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is required under applicable law at our expense, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution. For discretionary returns under our voluntary guarantee, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing or a published offer provides a more favorable term.
If a published offer expressly promises a full refund of the entire purchase price or uses similar wording such as "refund every penny," we will honor that written offer according to its stated terms.
6. Refund Timing
After we receive the returned item or other proof we requested, we will inspect the request and process any approved refund without undue delay and no later than the time required by applicable law. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
7. What Is Refunded
Unless a more generous written offer applies or law requires otherwise, approved refunds cover the purchase price paid for the returned item or items. Original shipping charges are refunded where required by law, where the item was defective or incorrect, or where we expressly promised to refund them.
8. Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Items
Unless required by law, the following may be non-returnable or subject to limited return rights if clearly disclosed at the time of purchase: gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, clearly labeled final-sale items, and digital goods or downloadable content once accessed or delivered in a manner that extinguishes cancellation rights under applicable law.
9. Replacements and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer repair, replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Standard exchanges are not guaranteed, but we will work with you to provide a commercially reasonable remedy.
10. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny return requests that are fraudulent, abusive, intentionally damaging, or otherwise inconsistent with normal consumer use, to the extent permitted by law.
