Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how QuietProtector processes and ships orders to the United States and selected international destinations.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States and to selected international destinations where checkout is enabled. Product availability, shipping methods, and destination eligibility may vary by inventory, carrier support, import restrictions, sanctions screening, product-safety requirements, and local law.
2. Fulfillment Locations
Orders may ship from one or more fulfillment locations, including U.S. and international warehouses, depending on inventory availability, product type, destination, and operational needs.
3. Processing Time
Typical processing time is 1 to 3 business days unless a different processing estimate is shown on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation. Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak demand periods, severe weather, or inventory disruptions.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout, on the product page, or in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only unless we expressly state otherwise. Transit times depend on destination, carrier performance, customs, weather, local disruptions, and other factors outside our control.
5. Delay Notices
If we learn that we cannot ship within the timeframe we advertised, or within the timeframe required by applicable law where no specific shipping period was stated, we will provide the notice and options required by law, which may include waiting for the delayed shipment or canceling for a refund.
6. Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided by email, SMS, your account, or another method we choose. Tracking events are created by carriers and may not update continuously in real time.
7. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
For U.S. orders, sales tax may be collected where required and shown at checkout. For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, VAT, GST, brokerage charges, import taxes, and other local fees may apply unless we clearly state at checkout that they are included. The recipient is responsible for these charges unless applicable law or the checkout page states otherwise.
8. Address Accuracy and Returned Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for monitoring delivery communications. If a package is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, refused, or undeliverable, we may require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipment, unless the return was our fault or law requires otherwise.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains missing items, contact support@quietprotector.com promptly with your order number, tracking details, and photographs if available. If Shipping Protection was purchased, claims will be reviewed under the Shipping Protection Terms. If Shipping Protection was not purchased, we will still review the issue under our ordinary support, return, warranty, and legal obligations.
