Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy describes QuietProtector's commercial warranty coverage for eligible products. It is intended to be made available before purchase and does not limit any statutory legal guarantee, conformity right, or other non-waivable right you may have under applicable law.

Unless a different written warranty is clearly stated on the product page, offer page, checkout page, or order confirmation, QuietProtector provides a limited commercial warranty that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for 2 years from the date of delivery.

If a covered defect arises during the applicable warranty period, we may, at our option, repair the product, replace the product or defective component with a new or refurbished equivalent, reship the product, provide store credit, or refund the purchase price.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, ordinary cosmetic changes that do not affect function, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to instructions, damage caused by external events outside the product's intended use, or consumable components expected to be used up over time unless expressly covered.

To start a warranty claim, email support@quietprotector.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video if available. We may request additional information, troubleshooting steps, or return of the product where reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

If an extended warranty, extra protection plan, or similar add-on is offered and purchased for a particular order, the additional term or coverage described at the time of sale will apply to that order according to its written terms.

This commercial warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a legal guarantee, conformity period, or other mandatory remedies for defective goods, those rights apply in addition to this Policy and will control to the extent required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed are limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this sentence may not apply to you.
