Shipping Protection Terms

If you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, these Shipping Protection Terms apply to that specific order. Shipping Protection is an optional order-level service. It is not an insurance policy unless we expressly identify a licensed insurer or underwriter and provide policy details.
1. What Shipping Protection Covers
If approved, Shipping Protection may provide a replacement, reshipment, or refund for the affected item or items in the following situations:
- Lost in transit: the package is confirmed lost by the carrier or shows no normal tracking movement for an extended period and we determine the order is not reasonably likely to arrive.
- Damage in transit: the item arrives physically damaged due to transportation.
- Missing items: the package is delivered but one or more items are missing from the shipment.
2. What Shipping Protection Does Not Cover
Shipping Protection does not cover ordinary delivery delays that do not qualify as loss, delays caused by customs or regulatory review, inaccurate or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, refused deliveries, failed delivery attempts, items seized or restricted by local law, or losses occurring after successful delivery to the address provided.
Porch theft or theft after delivery is not covered unless the applicable checkout page or written offer for your order expressly states that post-delivery theft is included.
3. Claim Deadlines
To preserve a Shipping Protection claim, you should contact us promptly after discovering the issue.
- Damage in transit should be reported within 7 days after delivery, together with photographs where possible.
- Missing items should be reported within 7 days after delivery.
- Lost in transit claims should be reported within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date or within any shorter period clearly required on the checkout page for that order, if allowed by law.
4. Information We May Request
To evaluate a claim, we may request your order number, tracking number, a description of the issue, photographs of the packaging or damage, carrier notices, proof of address, and any other information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.
5. Our Remedy
If a claim is approved, we may, at our option, reship the affected item or items, replace the affected item or items, issue store credit, or refund the purchase price of the affected item or items. Shipping Protection applies only to the order for which it was purchased and has no cash surrender value.
6. Relationship to Other Rights
Shipping Protection does not limit any rights you may otherwise have under our Refund & Returns Policy, Warranty Policy, carrier rules, or applicable consumer law.
